RETURN POLICY

You can return/exchange un-opened items (except fabrics) in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. This also includes any faulty or incorrectly sent products. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced products may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

ANY ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED / EXCHANGED (UNLESS AGREED PRIOR).

Unfortunately, due to the fabrics being cut to your own specific measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them. If there is a dispute of damage to the product before it reached you then you can contact us:

We have tried to make the pictures seen on the website as accurate as possible in regards to pattern and colour, but this may still vary from the product in real life due to your computer screens or any other variables, in which case we cannot accept returns for such circumstances, however we do have a sample option for you to have a small cutting of the fabric to confirm it is what you need for your project.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
